While the New York Times business section is a shadow of its former self, they have put together some nice but simple graphics covering the demise of AIG and Lehman. The AIG graphic was from September 17; the Lehman Brothers calendar appeared online the next day.

Am glad to see that this crisis has produced something of value -- compelling infographics! I wish there was a place where all of these could be easily navigated. Maybe then we'd understand what the hell is going on.
