The team that put together the IIS Summit this week deserves congratulations for putting on an excellent event. Often conferences such as these are hit and miss; some good speakers/panels, some bad, but most of the sessions this week were great. Tom Glocer, Andrew Keen and Gordon Crovitz gave terrific keynotes and the sessions led by Lee Greenhouse on the financial market impact on the industry and Ken Doctor on the rise of video were extremely compelling. Jim Kollegger ran a great panel both this year and last; this year I wish Ken Auletta had gotten more time to speak.
If you're interested in more detail regarding who said what, John Blossom and Barry Graubart have more comprehensive coverage. Congratulations to Ken Wasch, Ed Keating and the rest of the team.
