According to an article in this weekend's FT, Get a (second) life, "If you haven’t heard about it yet, you should be getting a little nervous." Second Life is being written about everywhere, and while it seems to be another way to spend hours and hours escaping the real world, there's a rapidly increasing number of corporations figure out how to market to Second Life residents and the rapidly growing virtual world has an economy all its own. In addition to the FT piece, Business Week this week has a Second Life Tip Sheet and has recently published articles on Second Life Lessons and other virtual communities.
