Selling out faster than either the Rolling Stones or Bruce Springsteen, Rafat Ali held a ContentNext mixer in New York last night. The event coincided with a small capital raise for the company. Rafat did a short interview with Arthur Sulzberger Jr., publisher of the New York Times. Everyone seemed to have a great time and I wasn't the only one who thought there was bubble-like excitement... Mr. Sulzberger commented that the days of 30% year-over-year online revenue growth can't last and at some point (he wouldn't say when) advertising growth rates will drop to the single digits.
